Tanstaafl Machine Tool
Service, Inc was founded in October of 1987 to provide
high quality machine tool solutions to the metalworking
industry. Ryland Fleet, the founder brought to the company
10 years of experience as a field service engineer.
With necessity being the
Mother that she is, Ryland kept an eye open for devices that
provided solutions for a broad range of applications as
well. Among the successful inventions are:
1974 Hand held motorized shaft polishing
system for the automotive mechanic.
1975

restaurant. He would come
to the table, take a drink order, go to the bar, get a beer,
and bring it to the customer
and pour it. All the while making verbal cracks at bald
headed men and little children.
All of this with the limited technology of that day made him
rather unique as well as a
magnet to customers. He was found to be able to disco dance
as well.

this device that would fly
her around the room with a cyclic bounce.
